Following tasks:
Email: I can write it up, but I would like someone to fluff it up/send it
Plan: We should get an outline going of what need to go over (Such as events, Feed back from last term, try and figure out what we can do to fix it)
Where we stand: how is the club doing health wise? are we good where we stand?
if there are any other suggestions i will add them eventually

9th might be cutting it a little close for me. Getting back from MAGFest on the 8th, and I may need a day or two to rest and recover from the alcohol poisoning

Clubs Day for Winter 2012 is January 12th and 13th

We could probably organize an informal one, or just plan online (I think this might be easier) as for the actual Clubs Day setting up.
I think first planning meetings of the term are generally after Clubs Day so that we can have new members join in and offer suggestions/volunteer.

Fortunately, the Clubs Days for Winter 2012 also happen to be January 12th and 13th!

I'm free Thursday after 12:30, and Friday from 12:30 until 3:30 (which I think is cleanup time anyway).

Now do we really need to show up at clubs day? As i recall we haven't not made a serious appearance at winter club days. Do we need to change this?

I'm pretty sure we can all learn about it at the winter term first general meeting. I haven't heard anything about it, anyone know if we're having one of those?

As for the clubs meeting, the week after clubs day seems decent. What day is best for you guys~ (Jan 16th-20th)
